Rs 50/ lorry receipt
DELIVERY COMMITMENTS
Proper & complete documentation as specified in terms of required forms, permits, and waybills etc.
If delivery falls on Sunday or any holiday the following working day will be treated as committed delivery day.
Date of first attempt of delivery will be treated as deemed delivery day.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
Settlement of claim arising out of consignments booked on carriers’ risk @5% of the invoice value (fov charges) will not come in the way of freight payments. The claims are paid separately with no accounting link to the freight amount is the pre-requisite of settlement of any claim.
In the unforeseen event of any damage or loss, the necessary investigation/survey will be undertaken, to enable us to issue certificate of facts (c o f) to that effect and in case of loss amounting to more than Rs 5000/-, a survey would be conducted by an independent surveyor to assess the loss based on which atc will issue a certificate of facts to enable you to claim the amount fro your underwriters.
OCTROI PAYMENT
The Octroi amount should be paid by the consignee at the destination octroi paid by JALWAL Transport Corporation on behalf of the consignee should be reimbursed by the consignee.
BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Payments should be made within 15th from the date of submission of bill by account payee cheque in favour of “JALWAL Transport Corporation”.
Payments should not be linked to claims/damages; such cases will be settled separately.
Payment should not be deducted on account of loss of modvate copies .JALWAL Transport Corporation undertaking for the copy lost and furnish a copy of fir as per the requirement.
PRICE ESCALATION CLAUSE
In event of any hike in input costs like diesel, vehicle operational cost, air freight rates, insurance premium, statutory levies etc., during the contract period, the rates will be revised with mutual consent of both the parties.

Arranged by the consignor and consignee
